Vanessa Ricketts is a previous graduate and alumni of J Clarke Richardson Collegiate and has been writing stories since she was ten years old. She won Pen Strokes Writing Competition twice in a row for her works "Untitled" and "The Unexpected" and finished fourth in Eye on the Storm's creative writing contest in 2014. She is now an English major at York University. Vanessa loves fantasy, sci-fi, and historical fiction. She currently writes fanfiction on Wattpad (a free e-Book site) under the username NessaNicole4 and aspires to be a best-selling author one day.
